    A research team composed of the University of Tokyo and a chemical company has developed a technology that can produce high-purity aluminium nitride crystals to obtain high-performance matrix crystals, thereby ensuring the sterilization effect and service life of ultraviolet LED lamps. 

    This new type of deep ultraviolet LED lamp can only be used with dry batteries and can be used for portable sterilization equipment and culture liquid sterilization. The technology has obtained basic patents in Japan and the United States.
